Glendalough Outing

Following our Island of Saints Talk, spend St Patrick's Day on an outing to Glendalough. We'll enjoy Mass (Holy Day of Obligation!), Adoration and possibly a walk around the area, a picnic, and learn about monastic life.

About the event
St Patrick's Day is a pretty big deal in this country with multiple parades, at different times, that affect public transit.
So, in light of that, we have a new plan how to get to Glendalough. In short, we'll get together after Living Water this Wednesday (11th of March) to coordinate lifts.
Meet at St Kevin's Parish in Laragh (near Glendalough) for Mass at 11:30am. We'll begin the day by fulfilling our Holy Day of Obligation.
We'll then tour the Monastic site as a group, making our way to God's Cottage for Adoration.
After spending time with Jesus, we'll enjoy a picnic at the Upper Lake then go for a walk.
To lead people to encounter Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit, become saints together and set this nation on fire!
